On a daily basis, Trinity Center in Walnut Creek provides essential safety net services and a pathway forward for our vulnerable neighbors, advocating for those seeking housing, financial stability, and wellness. This year, we are supporting their Transitional Aged Youth Program, which benefits young adults ages 18-29 who find themselves without housing or financial support while trying to navigate the unpredictable and sometimes stormy waters of adulthood.
